The origin of the Jodhpuri Dahiwala Masala is a northern Indian, but many mothers across India make this dish with their own spin. Yogurt is popular in the cooking of northern India, while milk cream is more common in the southern coastal areas. It is mainly used in chicken, but this recipe can also be made using fish or vegetables.
Onion, Curd, Tomato, Garlic, Ginger, Refined Sunflower Oil, Milk Cream, Coriander Leaves, Butter, Sugar, Spices and condiment, water, salt.
Vegetables can be replaced with chicken or Meat.
