Return Policy

  1. Only damaged or defective products will be accepted for returns or refunds.
  2. Customer must alert us within 2 working days from the date of delivery for return of the product.
  3. Products received to us within 10 working days of the delivery will be considered for return or refund.
  4. Verification based on examination for the product as damaged or defective, we will replace the product depending upon its availability.
  5. In cases wherein, the returned product is not damaged or defective, we will inform the customer and re-ship the same product to their address wherein customers will have to bear the shipping charge.
  6. If the required product is unavailable due to out-of-stock, we will inform the customer via an E-mail and initiate a refund request from our end.
