- Only damaged or defective products will be accepted for returns or refunds.
- Customer must alert us within 2 working days from the date of delivery for return of the product.
- Products received to us within 10 working days of the delivery will be considered for return or refund.
- Verification based on examination for the product as damaged or defective, we will replace the product depending upon its availability.
- In cases wherein, the returned product is not damaged or defective, we will inform the customer and re-ship the same product to their address wherein customers will have to bear the shipping charge.
- If the required product is unavailable due to out-of-stock, we will inform the customer via an E-mail and initiate a refund request from our end.
